Romy K. Kapoor is a Founding Partner of Kapoor Luther & Loftman Immigration Partners, LLC. Practicing U.S. immigration and nationality law since 1992, Mr. Kapoor has an expansive business and family-based immigration practice that assists companies with the inbound and outbound immigration of employees and provides assistance to families looking to sponsor a family member for permanent residence. Mr. Kapoor received his B.S. degree in Management from Georgia Tech in 1985, shortly after he attended Georgia State University College of Law and the Atlanta Law School where he earned his J.D. in 1992. Mr. Kapoor is listed as a Leading Business Immigration Lawyer in Chambers USA, Who’s Who Legal of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, and The Best Lawyers in America. He has been honored in Georgia Super Lawyers each year since 2006.

Severine Luther is a Founding Partner of Kapoor Luther & Loftman Immigration Partners, LLC. Ms. Luther has practiced business immigration law for 13 years with a focus on employment-based permanent residence cases. She excels with the PERM labor certification application process – over 98.67% of her 1,059 PERM labor certification applications filed have been approved. A native of France, Ms. Luther received her B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University Lille II in France. She earned her LL.M. in International Law from the University of Georgia.

Liliana Loftman is a Founding Partner of Kapoor Luther & Loftman Immigration Partners, LLC. Ms. Loftman’s practice focuses on business immigration out of and into Latin America, and multinational executives and immigrants of extraordinary ability. Ms. Loftman received her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas. She received her J.D. degree from the Hamline University School of Law with a concentration in International Law and also studied International Human Rights Law and International Criminal Procedure at Oxford University in England. She is bilingual; fluent in Spanish and knowledgeable in French. She is also a regular speaker at immigration conferences throughout the country and has served on several national committees for the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
